Accountability after publication
Corrections stay attached to the record
A silent edit makes an old result impossible to audit. Confirmed material errors are corrected in place, dated here and described precisely enough to understand the impact.
What receives a public correction
A wrong calculation, mistranscribed source, incorrect rule attribution, misleading methodology label or factual statement that changes a reader’s understanding receives an entry. Spelling, layout and clarity edits that do not change meaning do not, though the page’s reviewed date may advance after a full editorial review.
What happens to an affected report
A report-specific birth-detail correction is handled through the private order and review workflow, not published here. If the underlying calculation or rule registry is wrong, affected output is regenerated and reviewed; delivery history is not silently overwritten.
Current correction record
No published calculation correction is currently recorded.
The organic tool and learning surface was introduced on 27 August 2026. Editorial clarifications made before this record was established are represented by the current reviewed date rather than presented as post-publication calculation errors.
