What we sell
A written report that computes what five named traditions of Vedic kundli matching conclude about two birth charts, and explains where and why those conclusions differ. The price is ₹999, one payment, inclusive of all taxes.
What we do not claim
Astrology has no demonstrated predictive validity. This report describes what named classical traditions conclude from a set of birth details and how common those conclusions are. It does not predict what will happen to anyone, and it is not advice — medical, legal, financial, or about whether two people should marry.
Our planetary positions are checked against NASA JPL DE442: across 2,000 sampled epochs between 1900 and 2100, the largest disagreement we measured was 0.44 arc-seconds. That establishes where the planets were. It establishes nothing about what will happen to anyone.
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate birth details. A report computed from wrong data is wrong, and that is the one error we cannot detect for you.
- If you are supplying another person's birth details, you should be comfortable that they would not object.
- Do not resell or republish the report commercially. Showing it to your family, your partner and your own astrologer is exactly what it is for.
Your partner’s birth details
Half of every report is computed from a second person’s date, time and place of birth. That person does not use this site and cannot agree to it here, so when you place an order you are confirming that they know their details are being used for it. We record that confirmation against the order.
Either of you may write to us and ask what we hold, or ask for it to be deleted — they do not need to go through you, and we do not need their permission to hear from them. The privacy page explains how.
Delivery
Your report is computed as soon as payment is confirmed, and an astrologer checks it through our outsourced review arrangement before delivery. We aim to deliver within an hour. The service is a written report only, with no voice call or consultation. A person checks every order, so if we miss that twelve-hour delivery window you get a full refund without having to request it.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the report — those belong to you and your family.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — including your right to approach the consumer forum where you live rather than where we do.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@doosrirai.in, addressed to our Grievance Officer, named at the foot of this page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

Where the birth-place data comes from
Coordinates for towns and cities come from GeoNames, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, together with a list we maintain ourselves for the larger cities and their former names. We resolve your birthplace to coordinates on our own servers rather than asking your browser for them.
