Delivery policy

The short version: nothing is shipped. Doosri Rai sells one written report, delivered electronically. There is no physical product, no courier, and no delivery charge. No voice call or consultation is included.

What you receive

One complete second-opinion report on the two birth charts you submit: what each of five named traditions of kundli matching concludes, why each reached that answer, the source behind every rule applied, and a page written to be shown to your family. It is delivered as a private web page you can read on any device, and it prints on its own.

How it reaches you

By email, to the address you give at checkout. The email contains a private link to your report. Nothing is posted, and no courier or tracking number is involved.

The link is yours and is not indexed by search engines. Share it only with people you would hand the printed paper to.

When it reaches you

Your charts are computed as soon as the payment is confirmed — that part takes seconds. An astrologer then checks the report through our outsourced review arrangement before it is sent. We aim to deliver within an hour.

Twelve hours is the outer limit we hold ourselves to. If a report has not reached you within twelve hours of a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund and you do not have to ask for it — see the refund policy.

If it does not arrive

Check the promotions and spam folders first; a report link from a name your mail provider has not seen before sometimes lands there. If it is not in either, write to hello@doosrirai.in with your reference number and we will resend it. A person reads that address.

We are also told when an email bounces, so in most cases we will have written to you before you write to us.

Delivery area

Anywhere with an email address. The report is not posted, so there is no shipping restriction and no delivery charge to any location.

One limitation is worth stating plainly, and it is about the calculation rather than the delivery: the engine computes Indian Standard Time only, so a birth outside India is refused at checkout rather than answered inaccurately.
